Most resumes never reach a recruiter — applicant tracking systems filter them out for missing keywords, weak phrasing, or formatting quirks. Job seekers don't know what to fix because the rejection is silent.
Resuvia is a tool, not a service. You paste your resume and a job description. AI analyzes the gap, scores the match, and rewrites your resume to fit the role — preserving every fact from your original.
What we promise: a real ATS-readable PDF, the keywords you're missing, and a rewrite you can edit. What we don't do: invent jobs, fabricate metrics, or pretend to be a recruiter.

Resuvia is built and operated by Global Synapse Technologies, a small product studio focused on practical AI tools for the day-to-day work that pays the bills.

Principles
What we will and won't do.
These are the rules we hold the product to. They stay even when it would make a particular metric go up.
We don't fabricate.
The AI prompt explicitly forbids inventing job titles, companies, dates, certifications, or metrics. Vague phrases get rewritten; facts stay facts. Anything missing shows up in the gap list — your call whether to address it.
We don't hoard data.
Resumes and JDs are stored 30 days so you can re-download. After that they're deleted. No third-party tracking cookies. No data sold. No advertising network integration.
We don't subscribe-trap.
The default product is one-time purchase. Pro exists for power users (recruiters, career coaches) but isn't pushed in the main flow. Cancellation is one click; refund window is seven days, no questions asked.
We don't pretend to be human.
A human resume coach is a different product. We're a tool that sits between your draft and the recruiter's ATS. We say so on every page. If you want a coach, we'll point you at one.
