Terms of Service

By using Resuvia.guru you agree to these terms. They exist to set expectations on both sides. Plain English on purpose; if anything reads as ambiguous, the more user-friendly interpretation wins.

What you get

  • Free tier (no signup needed): ATS match score, missing keywords, key changes summary, and a watermarked PDF download. Available to anyone.
  • Basic — Resume ($1.00 USD or local equivalent, one-time): removes the watermark, surfaces the full Before / After rewrite reasoning, gives you 30 days of re-download access. Per-resume — buying for one resume doesn't cover a different resume.
  • Premium ($1.49 USD or local equivalent, one-time): includes everything in Basic, plus a tailored cover letter generated against the same JD and a detailed ATS match report. Cached for 30 days alongside the resume.
  • Cover letter add-on ($0.99 USD or local equivalent): standalone post-purchase upgrade — buy a Basic resume first, then add a cover letter later. Same JD, same 30-day cache. Skipped automatically if you already bought Premium.

What we promise

  • The AI rewrite stays grounded in your original resume — we forbid the model from inventing job titles, companies, dates, degrees, or metrics that aren't in your text.
  • The PDF is a true vector PDF with selectable text, designed to pass standard ATS parsers.
  • We'll respond to support emails within one business day.

What we don't promise

  • We don't guarantee you'll get an interview, an offer, or any specific outcome. The score is a relative match estimate, not a hiring prediction.
  • We don't guarantee any specific ATS will rank you higher. ATS algorithms are private and vary widely.
  • AI output occasionally has errors. Review the rewrite before submitting it anywhere — your name is on the application, not ours.
  • The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds

Within 7 days of purchase, email support@globalsynapsetech.com with your receipt and we'll refund the charge. No reason required, no survey. Refunds typically post in 3–5 business days. After 7 days we evaluate case by case.

We prefer direct refunds over chargebacks. Chargebacks lock your card from future purchases on Stripe and Razorpay; a direct refund leaves no trace and is usually faster.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit resumes or job descriptions you don't have the right to use (e.g. someone else's confidential resume without their permission).
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically abuse the service. The rate limits exist for a reason; please respect them.
  • Use the service to create misleading resumes (fabricated experience, fake credentials, etc.). Our prompt actively resists this; circumventing it violates these terms.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (charge back successful payments, attempt to bypass rate limits, submit content that violates law). We'll refund unused credits when terminating an account that wasn't itself the source of fraud.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost interviews, lost offers, etc.).

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms materially, we update the “Last updated” date and post the new version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. For account holders, we'll email a heads-up before significant changes take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Synapse Technologies (the operating company) is incorporated. Disputes go to the courts there. If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, those rules apply on top of these terms regardless of this clause.
